Hydrant systems are installed within properties for use by the relevant fire authority however they may also be used by trained personnel.

Hydrant systems are designed and installed to meet the requirements of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standard ASZ419.1

Hydrant systems should also be regularly inspected, tested and maintained to ensure reliability when required.
